Resolved: Network Performance Issue UPC Campus (April 18)

We have resolved the network issues at the following locations:

(AHN) DOSAN AHN CHANG HO FAMILY HOUSE

(CAS) COLLEGE ACADEMIC SERVICES BUILDING

(CLH) COLLEGE HOUSE

(EPS) FIGUEROA STREET STRUCTURE

(LTS) KATHERINE B. LOKER TRACK STADIUM

(PSX) MCCARTHY WAY STRUCTURE

Scheduled Upgrade for Telecommunications Management Information System (TMIS) (April 16 – April 23)

Between 5:00 a.m. on Monday, April 16 and 8:30 a.m. Monday, April 23, the hardware and software that supports the Telecommunications Management Information System (TMIS) will be upgraded by the vendor. During these upgrade periods, TMIS will be unavailable; however, repairs will still be processed, and you can continue to submit requests via https://itservices.usc.edu/telecom.
