Resolved: Pinnacle Performance Issues (April 24)

 

We are currently experiencing Pinnacle performance issues. Some users are not able to log on to the Pinnacle application. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Scheduled Trojan Time Maintenance (April 26)

From 9:00 to 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on Trojan Time, USC’s online timekeeping system, trojantime.usc.edu. During this maintenance, users will be unable to access Trojan Time.

Schedule Telephone Maintenance at the Del Mar Building (April 29)

From 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, ITS will be performing scheduled telephone maintenance at the Del Mar building (DMB). During this maintenance, users will be unable to place calls to or receive phone calls from DMB. Anyone calling a phone at DMB will also be unable to leave a voicemail message during this maintenance.

Resolved: Jira Performance Issue (April 17)

We are currently experiencing performance issues with the Jira ticketing system.  Users are unable to access the application.  We are aware of the problem and working to resolve it.

Resolved: Turnitin Service Alert (Wednesday, April 15, 2015)

The Turnitin issue with Google Drive online storage services has been resolved.  Users are now able to submit to Turnitin via Google Drive.

Turnitin is aware of a possible issue submitting documents to Turnitin via Google Drive™ online storage service. Users attempting to submit via Google Drive™ may experience an error 400, or other type of error screen. This may be caused by some back-end changes made by Google which conflict with the current integration process. Turnitin’s engineering team is working to resolve the issue.

Resolved: Bernado Drive (BDB) Building Performance Issue (April 12)

We are currently experiencing performance issues with rtr37. Users are not able to connect to internet or make calls in or out. Vendor is aware of issue and working to restore services as soon as possible.

Resolved: Intermittent Password Change Website Performance Issues (March 31)

The issue with the Password Change Website has been resolved.  Posted 9:03 a.m.

 

We are currently experiencing intermittent authentication issues with the password change website.

Some users may be unable to change their password or activate their account at this time.

Password Change Website Performance Issues (March 30)

We are currently experiencing performance issues with the password change website. Users that are using the old password change website, https://mypassword.usc.edu, are not being redirected to the new site, https://itservices.usc.edu/uscnetid. All users that need to change their passwords should go to https://itservices.usc.edu/uscnetid to change their passwords. We are aware of this issue and working to resolve it. (Posted at 10:31 a.m.)

We are currently experiencing performance issues with multiple USC websites. Customers are not able to reach multiple .usc.edu websites.   ITS is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
