We are currently experiencing Office 365 email performance issues. Some users are not able to receive email messages. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

 

 

Resolved: Power Performance Issue at University Park Campus & Health Science Campus (July 18)

This issue below has been resolved.

 

We are currently experiencing power issues on the University Park Campus (UPC), North University Park and Health Science Campus (HSC).  Some users are unable to connect to the USC network.  Facilities Management Services (FMS) and ITS Field Services are aware of the problem and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We are currently experiencing an Office 365 email performance issue.  Some users may not be able to access the application.

Resolved: University Park Campus Power Glitch (July 10)

All devices affected by the power glitch have been restored.  Posted 3:25 p.m.

The University Park Campus experienced a power glitch at approximately 11:15 a.m.  The following buildings may be experiencing issues with the data and/or voice network:

CARB – Cardinal Gardens B,
STO – Stonier Hall

ASC – Wallis Annenberg Hall,
ACC – Elaine & Kenneth Leventhal School of Accounting
,
BRI – Bridge Hall,
VKC – Von Kleinsmid Center for International & Public Affairs,

Resolved: Website Performance Issues (July 7)

The issue has been resolved:

We are currently experiencing website service performance issues.  Some users are not able to use the following services (sample list):

USC Main Page Search Feature,
Annenberg School Portal,
Pharmacy School Portal,
Physicians Assistants Portal.

We are aware of these issues and are working to resolve them.

Resolved: Microsoft Outlook 0365 Email Performance Issue (July 1)

The message below was resolved.

We are currently experiencing intermittent mail performance issues when using Microsoft Outlook 0365.  Some users are not able to access and others are unable to use all of the Outlook 0365 services.  We are aware of the problem and working with Microsoft to resolve the issues.    Posted 9:51 p.m.

Resolved: Turnitin Performance Issues (June 29)

The issue below was resolved.

TurnItIn is currently experiencing a performance issue.  Some users are not able to access it to submit or view documents.  Blackboard.usc.edu is not affected.  TurnItIn is aware of the problem and working to resolve it.
