Scheduled Network Maintenance at UPC (March 31)

From 5:00 to 8:00 a.m. on Friday, March 31, ITS will be performing scheduled network maintenance on the University Park campus (UPC). During this maintenance, users at UPC may be unable to connect to the USC wired and wireless networks.

Resolved: Performance Issue (March 26)

The issue below has been resolved.

We are still experiencing performance issue with the web page. Some customers are still experiencing delays in connectivity to web registration. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Office365 Outlook Web Access Performance Issue (March 24)

The issue below has been resolved.

We are experiencing issues with Office365 Outlook Web Access (OWA). A transient error may appear after a customer enters the correct login and password. We are looking into the incident and will try to restore services as quickly as possible.

Informational: CSC High Call Volume due to Office 365 Webportal Login Page (March 22)

The ITS Customer Support Center is experiencing an unusually high call volume due to the change ITS made to the Office 365 Webportal last night.  ITS is expanding the phone queues in order to serve more customers. Callers may experience very long wait times as CSC consultants work to assist each customer.
