The Turnitin issue with Google Drive online storage services has been resolved. Users are now able to submit to Turnitin via Google Drive.

Turnitin is aware of a possible issue submitting documents to Turnitin via Google Drive™ online storage service. Users attempting to submit via Google Drive™ may experience an error 400, or other type of error screen. This may be caused by some back-end changes made by Google which conflict with the current integration process. Turnitin’s engineering team is working to resolve the issue.

We are currently experiencing performance issues with the password change website. Users that are using the old password change website, https://mypassword.usc.edu, are not being redirected to the new site, https://itservices.usc.edu/uscnetid.
