Resolved Microsoft 365 Email Authentication Performance Issue (January 23)

Resolved Microsoft 365 email Authentication Performance issue. Last night Microsoft made changes to 365 email which impacted some customers. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the ITS Customer Service Center at (213)740-5555 for further assistance.

We are currently experiencing authentication issues on Microsoft 365 email applications and through mobile devices.  Users trying to access their email via the Outlook Application or through their mobile devices are not able to log in.  Users are able to access their email via the web browsers.  We are aware of the problem and working to resolve it.

Resolved: Email 0365 Performance Issue (Authentication) (January 23)

ITS is currently experiencing email performance issues. Users are unable to log in and are receiving authentication errors. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Resolved: University Park Campus Phone Performance Issues (January 13th)

The University Park Campus phone issue has been resolved. Sent 6:43 a.m.

 

University Park Campus is currently experiencing phone issues.  Outside callers are experiencing connection issues when calling campus phone numbers. We are working with Verizon to restore services as quickly as possible. Posted 05:25 a.m.

Resolved: Google Chrome and Office365 E-mail Login Issues (December 22)

The Google Chrome and Office365 E-mail Login Issue has been resolved.

Some Google Chrome users who access Microsoft Office E-mail 365 from the web (http://www.usc.edu/office365) using the Chrome web browser are currently unable to login.
Information Technology Services suggests that Google Chrome users use either the Internet Explorer or Firefox web browser as a work around.

We are working to resolve this issue.

Resolved: Orange County Center Main Phone Number Performance Issue (December 15)

 

The Orange County Center main phone number performance issue was resolved.  Posted 2:45 p.m.

 

 

 

USC Orange County Center main phone number is experiencing performance issues.
We are aware of this issue and are working with the service provider to restore service as quickly as possible.

Resolved: University Park Campus Phone Performance Issues (December 13)

The University Park Campus phone issue has been resolved.

University Park Campus is currently experiencing phone issues.  Some users are not able to make outbound calls.   AT&T has confirmed the impact is more of a global issue impacting the Jefferson Park area.  We are working with AT&T to restore services as quickly as possible.
