Scheduled Kuali Maintenance (July 3 – 5)

From 5:00 a.m. on Friday, July 3 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on the entire Kuali system. During this maintenance, users may be unable to access Kuali.

Resolved: Turnitin Performance Issues (June 29)

The issue below was resolved.

TurnItIn is currently experiencing a performance issue.  Some users are not able to access it to submit or view documents.  Blackboard.usc.edu is not affected.  TurnItIn is aware of the problem and working to resolve it.

We are currently experiencing performance issues with the USC Secure Wireless network.  Users are not able to connect to the Secure Wireless Network.  We are aware of the problem and working to resolve it.
