The Trojan Time performance issue has been resolved.

We are currently experiencing performance issues with Trojan Time. Some users are able to access the application but are unable to initiate administrative processes. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

From 5:15 to 7:15 p.m on Wednesday, September 17, ITS and ESD will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Grading and Roster System website, grs.usc.edu. During this maintenance, users may be unable to access the website.
From 12:01 to 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 20, voicemail services may be unavailable for period of up to 20 minutes in several buildings on the University Park campus (UPC), Health Sciences campus (HSC), and off-campus locations due to scheduled maintenance.
When the system is unavailable, users will be unable to access their voicemail messages but callers will still be able to leave messages.

The issue at ATT/ATB has been resolved. Users are now able to access the data and voice network.

We are currently experiencing voice and data performance issues. Some users are unable to make and receive calls and access the network.
We are aware of these issues and working to resolve them as quickly as possible.

The network issue at ABM has been resolved.
We are currently experiencing a network performance issue in the American Button Manufacturing (ABM) Building. Some users are not able to connect to the data network. We are aware of the problem and working to resolve it.

The issue shown below has been resolved.
We are currently experiencing a Blackboard performance issue. Some users may experience slowness when accessing the Blackboard service.
We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Between 4:30 and 6:00 a.m. on Friday, September 12, OASIS, web registration, Admissions (camel2.usc.edu), the grading and roster system (GRS), the degree audit and reporting system (DARS), and the FERPA tutorial/training system will be unavailable for approximately ten minutes, due to scheduled database maintenance.
All users in Music Faculty Memorial Building (MUS) are now able to make and receive phone calls.

We are currently experiencing voice communication performance issues due to earlier flooding in the basement of the building. Some users are unable to make and receive phone calls.
We are aware of these issues and working with USC Facilities Management Services to resolve them as quickly as possible.
