Scheduled Trojan Time Maintenance (September 6)

From 9:00 to 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 6, ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on Trojan Time, USC’s online timekeeping system, trojantime.usc.edu. During this maintenance, users will be unable to access Trojan Time.

Scheduled Blackboard Maintenance (September 19)

From 2:00 to 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on Blackboard. During this maintenance, Blackboard (blackboard.usc.edu) may be unavailable.

Scheduled Wireless Maintenance (September 19)

From 4:00 to 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, ITS will performing scheduled maintenance on its wireless network. During this maintenance, users may be unable to connect to USC Secure Wireless.

Resolved: MyUSC Portal Performance Issues (August 25)

The issue with the MyUSC Portal (my.usc.edu) has been resolved.  Posted August 25 11:09 a.m.

 

We are currently experiencing website service performance issues.  Some users are not able to access https://my.usc.edu.

We are aware of these issues and are working to resolve them. Students who are looking for their schedule of classes should go to classes.usc.edu.

 

 

Resolved: Network Routing Issues (August 08, 2015)

The issue below has been resolved.

USC is experiencing network routing issues, some internal and external networks are inaccessible.  Email is also affected.  Information Technology Services is aware and actively working to resolve the issue.

The issue below has been resolved.

We are currently experiencing Office 365 email performance issues. Some users are not able to send and receive email messages. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

The Trojan Time Performance Issue was resolved.

We are currently experiencing a Trojan Time Performance Issue.  Some users are unable to access Trojan Time.  We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. (4:15 p.m.)

We are currently experiencing Office 365 email performance issues. Some users are not able to receive email messages. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

 

 

Resolved: Power Performance Issue at University Park Campus & Health Science Campus (July 18)

This issue below has been resolved.

 

We are currently experiencing power issues on the University Park Campus (UPC), North University Park and Health Science Campus (HSC).  Some users are unable to connect to the USC network.  Facilities Management Services (FMS) and ITS Field Services are aware of the problem and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
