From 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 1 and 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 2, ITS and the Enrollment Services division will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Student Information System (SIS). During this maintenance, users will be unable to access SIS.
From 4:00 to 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 2, ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on the ResNet and USC Guest Wireless networks. During this maintenance, users will be unable to connect to ResNet and the USC Guest Wireless networks.
From 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on Trojan Time, USC’s online timekeeping system, trojantime.usc.edu. During this maintenance, users will be unable to access Trojan Time.
The issue shown below has been resolved.
We are currently experiencing Guest Wireless network connectivity issues. Some users are unable to connect to the USC Guest Wireless. We advise users to use the USC Secure Wireless network while we are investigating.
We are aware of these issues and working to resolve them as quickly as possible. (11:00 p.m.)
Turnitin reports that the system is back up. Users are now able to use it as normal.

We are currently experiencing Workday connectivity issues. Some users are unable to connect to this application.

We are currently experiencing performance issues with USCe.pay and USC Payment Plan. Students are unable to do on-line functions with Cashnet, including Payments and Balance Lookup. Cashnet is aware of the problem and is currently working to resolve the issue. Posted 1:05 P.M.
AT&T Mobile coverage issues at John McKay Center (JMC) have been resolved.
We are currently experiencing voice and data network connectivity issues in the John Mckay Center (JMC) Building. Users are unable to get AT&T coverage at this location.
We are aware of the issues and are working to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Turnitin is currently experiencing performance issues. Users are not able to enter the application at this time. All other features of Blackboard are available. We are monitoring their progress at this time.

University Park Campu experienced a power bump affecting the following buildings: Soni Mcalister Field (SMF), Caruso Catholic Center, University Parking Center (UPX) and Corwind D. Denney Research Center (DRB). We are working to restore services.
