Required Clarify Maintenance (April 26)

From 12:01 to 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 26, ITS will be performing required maintenance on the system that hosts the Clarify CRM software.

During this maintenance, any emails sent to ITS customer support email addresses, such as consult@usc.edu and security@usc.edu, will not be delivered and as a result, Clarify cases will not be opened. The emails will be queued for later delivery and, when Clarify is back online, the cases will then be created.
